Building Excitement for the New EMS ISD Agricultural Science Center Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD Agricultural Education students are getting excited about the new Dick and Heidi Elkins Agricultural Science Complex, which is being constructed on Mustang Rock Road near Marine Creek Middle School.
