Eagle Mountain Lake Fire & Rescue Boat Marine 21 Goal Within Reach
Cooper Cross, now 13 years old and in his second year in the fireworks business, along with his close friend, Preston Austin, presented a check on July 15 to Chief Mike Barton and others at the Fire Department for $2500.
As of July 31, with this donation from Sparkys Fireworks, along with those from Cross Electric, The Fort Worth Boat Club, The Starboard Foundation, Our Country Homes, TDH Manufacturing, Vaden Acoustics, Chisholm Trail Concrete, Save Eagle Mountain Lake, Suntex Marinas, Eagle Mountain RV Park, The Anchor Restaurant, Lakeview Boating Center, Waste Advantage, A+ Boat Lifts and other donations to the Fire Department through its website, we are well on our way of meeting the funding goal of $30k to renew and renovate Fire Boat Marine 21 for service on Eagle Mountain Lake.
The new motor is being professionally installed by Sam’s Mobile Marine and Quality Marine & Fiberglass at no charge to the Fire Department! Thanks to everyone who has contributed to this important project!
