Delucca Gaucho Pizza at Alliance Town Center is celebrating its one-year anniversary. 

 Over the past year, Delucca has served thousands of guests, hosting celebrations, date nights, and spontaneous pizza feasts. The community’s support, enthusiasm, and love for the Delucca brand have made this journey truly special.

 Delucca Gaucho Pizza & Wine offers an elevated dining experience of endless appetizers and wood-fired pizzas brought directly to the table rodizio-style. It is a unique culinary experience, inspired by a traditional way of enjoying pizzas that has its roots in the Brazilian gaucho’s land. 

Inspired by their success creating Churrascaria steakhouses with their endless servings of roasted meat for one set price, the gauchos of South America developed a new style of eatery called Rodizio de Pizza, where guests could enjoy unlimited samplings of handcrafted pizzas in a casual yet elegant setting. And almost overnight, it became a huge success. 

 Exceptional ingredients and authentic wood-fired cooking set the standard at Delucca Gaucho. Every morning, chefs stretch blocks of natural curd cheese by hand to transform them into For di Latte mozzarella. Dough is hand made from the finest ingredients, and the velvety smooth tomato sauce is made from scratch, using only the finest San Marzano tomatoes. 

 Delucca Alliance Town Center is launching a new tiered menu in July, enabling guests to enjoy a complete dining experience starting as low as $18.95 per person. Guests can choose from appetizers such as arugula salad with lemon honey vinaigrette, lobster bisque, and Wagyu beef meatballs and then try as many wood-fired savory and dessert pizzas as they like, all included in the price. 

Delucca offers Brazilian specialties like the Chicken Catupiry Pizza and Picanha Steak with roasted garlic, global flavors like the Turkish Lamb & Sumac or Chicken Tikka Masala along with several vegetarian choices like the Four Cheese & Truffle Pizza Mexican Elote. Endless dessert pizzas, such as Dulce de Leche or Nutella, provide a delicious finale to the meal. 

 “Alliance has quickly become the perfect little getaway — cozy, charming, and welcoming,” said area manager Fernanda Batao. “It’s a place where families feel at home. We’ve become a favorite for both parents and kids — children love the fun atmosphere, and parents appreciate bold, elevated flavors and the chance to relax, even if just for a moment.

Delucca also serves exceptional wines at great value along with craft cocktails, mocktails, and craft beer. Gluten-free, vegan, and kosher options are available upon request.

 Delucca Gaucho Pizza & Wine at Alliance serves dinner Monday through Sunday beginning at 4:30pm and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays beginning at noon. The bar serves Happy Hour food and drink specials from 4:30 to 6pm on weekdays. A beautiful private dining space, the Alliance Room, seats up to 30 and is available for group dining events. 

 The first Delucca Gaucho Pizza & Wine opened in Southlake in 2018. The brand has continued to grow, now with six restaurants across DFW.
